July 18, 2017 iWorks Corporation—a rapidly growing Small Disadvantaged Business that provides information technology professional services and specializes in managing business processes and systems integration for both government and commercial clients—announced today that it has joined the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA).
INSA is the leading nonpartisan, nonprofit forum for driving public-private partnerships to advance intelligence and national security priorities. A 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization, INSA strives to identify, develop, and promote collaborative approaches to national security challenges and has more than 160 organizations in its membership. As a Bronze-level member of INSA, iWorks’ employees are eligible to participate in INSA’s policy-focused councils and working groups.
“We are excited to join INSA and are ready to support their important work to advance security clearance reform, insider threat programs, cybersecurity, and acquisition management,” said Charlie Sowell, iWorks’ Chief Operating Officer. “I first worked with INSA when I was the Program Executive for Security Clearance Reform at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. INSA’s demonstrated commitment to, and success in, supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community and national security organizations is unparalleled and aligns with iWorks’ goals and objectives for serving our customers.”
INSA Chief Operating Officer Suzanne Wilson-Houck said, “INSA strives to provide valuable membership opportunities for organizations of all sizes, from large contractors to small firms. We are delighted to welcome iWorks Corporation to our membership. iWorks has expertise in personnel security information technology and related issues that will contribute to our ongoing policy efforts, and we look forward to their active participation.”
