1. Shared Delivery approach – Where iWorks will be engaged by the client to build/implement portions of the solutions implantation.  In this approach, iWorks team will work seamlessly with the other consulting company staff to deliver the solution on time and budget.  In our  shared delivery approach, the role of iWorks project  management team will be limited to the role played by iWorks team.

2. Project Based approach – Where iWorks will engaged with a fixed price contract with the client for implementation and optional ongoing maintenance services. This approach is best suited in situations where the goals and requirements of the projects are well defined and client has a defined timeframe within which the solution must be implemented.  In our project based approach, iWorks project management team will be playing a vital role from the planning phase through  project closing.
