iWorks Solution Delivery Methodology (SDM), is a basic, disciplined, structured approach to managing projects. It defines our integrated international approach for used for managing client’s technology/solutions project. The key objective of this methodology is to make the defining, planning, and controlling of projects a repeatable, consistent, and successful process.
iWorks SDM addresses all phases of software development cycle from inception to close. It provides comprehensive guidelines for the effective management and administration of projects, while providing sufficient flexibility to meet the needs of individual projects and project managers.
SDM incorporates Project Definition, to ensure that the stakeholder and the project team have the same understanding of and expectations for the project; Project Plan, a detailed work plan that Identies the tasks dependencies, deliverables; work effort; schedules and resources required to meet the specified objective; Project Management & Control, to manage and report day-to-day activities of the project in an effective manner. These day-to-day activities include monitoring progress, resolving dependency conflicts, assessing risks and reporting towards the realization of stated goal; and Project Close, to transition knowledge to user/support team, to close the project team & environment in an organized manner and to perform a post-implementation review with the
