Delivery Approach
We take both a shared delivery and project-based approach to our contracts.
Shared Delivery: means working with clients to build and implement portions of a larger shared initiative. In this approach, iWorks teams with other consulting companies and contractors to seamlessly deliver best-in-class solutions on time and at or under budget. In Shared Delivery, iWorks assumes complete ownership of every task assigned to our team.
Project Based: is our term for a fixed price contract to implement solutions and provide ongoing maintenance and support services. In this approach, iWorks assumes ownership of every task within the scope of the project. In addition iWorks? project management team plays an integral role in all phases of these initiatives from planning to completion.
