The Washington Post Names iWorks Corporation a 2018 Top Workplace

June 27, 2018 –The Washington Post has named iWorks Corporation (iWorks) one of the 2018 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. This survey measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s 150 honorees include government contractors, law firms, nonprofits, schools, and businesses.

“Overwhelmingly, employees of the companies honored on The Post’s Top Workplaces list not only value their workplace’s culture, but also feel confident in the direction that their companies are going,” said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes. “The standouts on this list excel because they focus on engaging their greatest asset: their people.”

“iWorks provides a collaborative work atmosphere, where everyone is provided with the opportunity to explore his or her interests, participate, and lead,” says iWorks CEO Jothi Radhakrishnan. “At iWorks, we encourage all our staff to be innovative, entrepreneurial, and to do great things, for themselves and for our clients. “We’re thrilled to have been included on the list and are grateful to our incredible employees who made this happen for us.”
