DMDC ITPS

Description

The Defense Manpower Data Center’s (DMDC) Interoperability Technology & Program Services (ITPS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) supports the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness (OUSD P&R), Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), and DMDC requirements. DMDC uses the ITPS BPA to acquire information technology services and products encompassing the full systems development lifecycle.

Scope

ITPS services support the interoperability of the DMDC portfolio with any external systems owned by entities other than DMDC, including other DoD activities, civilian federal/state agencies, and private institutions (e.g. financial institutions). The ITPS BPA supports the development and implementation of systems, capabilities and initiatives that allow for full interoperability between DMDC and non-DMDC systems and data repositories to better serve servicemembers, veterans and other eligible beneficiaries.
