Description

SeaPort is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas, including engineering, financial management and program management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1,800-plus SeaPort indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders.

Scope

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has awarded iWorks an IDIQ contract for a wide range of engineering, technical, and program services and solutions. iWorks provides services potentially spanning the entire spectrum of mission areas supported by the activities and technical capabilities of offices issuing task orders, including task orders issued under this contract by the NAVSEA, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), the Military Sealift Command, the Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC), the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), the Office of Naval Research, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps. In addition, iWorks provides professional support services to the Navy, DTRA, and Marine Corps. Services within the functional areas are performed under this contract for new product areas, programs, or missions assigned to these activities during the life of the contract. Additionally, activities may include providing limited support under this contract to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or joint agencies for work integrally related to product areas and mission.
