As Senior Program Manager at iWorks Corporation, Rob has successfully overseen teams of up to 150 personnel across four simultaneous contracts. He prioritize communication and has implemented robust data reporting structures that enhance client trust and transparency. Notably, Rob has revitalized our Quality Control Program, elevating contract quality from 95 percent to an impressive 98.5 percent, with monthly trackable and reportable results.
