Throughout his career, Srini led global teams and managed extensive programs that demanded collaboration across diverse countries with varying data security needs. With over 15 years as an academic researcher, he's honed his skills and knowledge to navigate the evolving innovation landscape.

Before joining iWorks, Srini was a statewide program manager, leading teams focused on cutting-edge nano-sensors, data systems architecture, and analytics. His academic teams delivered valuable solutions for organizations like the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) and Acxiom Corp.
